Sherry Blair Institute came up with a concept for a badge that had a lot of symbolism. Although well-balanced, I really wanted the symbols to be memorable for the kids who wear them. After much research on cultural facts and character strengths, the below badges were developed. The symbolic animals then inspired Sherry Blair Institute to create a series of children's books.
